2. Be sure notification permissions are allowed on WorkRace in the browser.

3. (Windows PC) Make sure notifications are enabled in the "Notifications & Actions" section of your PC settings.

4. (Windows PC) In "Notifications & Actions" make sure "Do Not Disturb" is off in your PC settings.

5. (Windows PC) If "Focus Assist" is enabled in your PC settings, notifications may not work on the website.

Notification Device Support

NOTE: Push notifications are only for desktops.

Mobile devices (such as iPhones) are currently not supported for push notifications on WorkRace,

but this could change in the future.

Ease Of Use

To ensure the best possible experience on WorkRace,

be sure the website scale (zoom/magnification) is in the range of 100%-125%.

If it is not, this could make the website harder to use, so check the following:

1. (Windows) Be sure you are not using the "Magnifier" tool on a Windows PC.

2. Check the website scale in the browser. If you are using Chrome, click the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the browser. You will see the "Zoom" section where you can adjust the scale accordingly.

3. (Windows) Make sure your PC is on the recommended scale for your screen size. Go to Settings->Display->Scale to verify this.

4. Make sure JavaScript is enabled on your browser and/or device settings. If it isn't, the website will not function properly.
